### Early Capital Release (Recovery)

The Recovery Republic program is designed to operate within an **intended participation cycle of up to 24 months**. During this period, capital may participate in structured liquidity strategies.

Participants who wish to access their capital before completing the full participation cycle may submit a **Recovery request**.

Early capital release may require the system to **restructure liquidity allocations that were originally deployed for long-term operational strategies**.

As a result of this restructuring process, an **operational adjustment of up to 52% of the principal capital may apply**.

This adjustment reflects the technical and operational impact of releasing liquidity from structures designed to operate throughout the full participation cycle.
