## TERMS & CONDITIONS

RECOVERY REPUBLIC – Platform Use, Product Participation, Liquidity Structure and Recovery Policy

**Last Updated:** February 2026\
**Owner:** RECOVERY GLOBAL LTD.

***

## 1. Purpose

RECOVERY REPUBLIC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by RECOVERY GLOBAL LTD., provides digital technology services and decentralized tools operating within the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) ecosystem.

The purpose of the platform is to offer users (“Clients”, “Affiliates”, or “Users”) access to technological infrastructure that enables interaction with liquidity pools, RCV digital balances, and token-based services through a hybrid Web2/Web3 interface.

The Company does not provide financial products, investment services, portfolio management, or guaranteed returns.

All services are provided as technology access tools only.

## 2. Nature of the Service

Users acknowledge and accept that all RECOVERY REPUBLIC services operate as non-custodial technology platforms.

The Company:

* Does not hold, manage, or control user funds
* Does not operate as a broker, investment firm, or financial advisor
* Does not guarantee any profits or financial outcomes

All operations are executed through public blockchain smart contracts and decentralized infrastructure.

Users maintain full custody and control of their digital assets through their personal self-custodied wallets connected to the platform.

Platform performance depends entirely on market conditions, blockchain networks, and decentralized protocol behavior.

## 3. Registration and Use

To access the services, Users must:

* Be at least 18 years old
* Provide accurate and truthful information
* Explicitly accept these Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases of:

* Fraud
* Misuse of the platform
* Violation of these Terms
* Suspicious or unlawful activity

## 4. Product Structure and Participation Period

Certain products available through the platform operate with an intended operational participation cycle of up to twenty-four (24) months.

During this period, participants may receive daily rewards generated from operational market activities associated with liquidity strategies used by the system.

Participation in such products implies that the User understands and accepts the operational timeframe required for the system’s strategies to function efficiently.

Rewards are generated from operational activities and are not guaranteed.

## 5. Liquidity Allocation

Upon participation in applicable products, the User’s allocated capital may be integrated into structured liquidity pools forming part of the platform’s operational framework.

These liquidity pools may be supported through external technology or liquidity providers, including but not limited to EASY, responsible for executing certain technical or operational functions.

Liquidity structures operate under time-dependent allocation strategies and liquidity commitments designed to support the intended operational cycle.

## 6. Early Capital Withdrawal (Recovery)

Users may request early release of their principal capital through a process referred to as Recovery.

However, requesting withdrawal before completion of the intended operational cycle (up to 24 months) requires the system to:

* Unwind liquidity positions
* Rebalance liquidity allocations
* Restructure capital from operational pools

These processes may generate operational costs and liquidity restructuring adjustments.

## 7. Operational Adjustment for Early Withdrawal

Due to the restructuring required to release liquidity before the intended cycle ends, early withdrawal requests may be subject to an operational adjustment of up to fifty-two percent (52%) of the principal capital.

This adjustment reflects the technical and liquidity impact of prematurely releasing capital allocated for long-term operational strategies.

By submitting a Recovery request, the User acknowledges and accepts this possible adjustment.

## 8. Affiliate and Reward Programs

The platform may include affiliate reward structures, leadership bonuses, or incentive pools related to the promotion or sale of digital services or licenses.

These programs:

* Are not investment programs
* Do not represent financial instruments
* Do not guarantee income

Reward structures, percentages, and bonus pools may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

## 9. Blockchain and DeFi Risk Notice

Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology and decentralized finance systems, including but not limited to:

* Smart contract vulnerabilities
* Loss of private keys or wallet access
* Cybersecurity risks
* Liquidity failures
* Market volatility
* Regulatory changes affecting DeFi services

All blockchain transactions are irreversible.

The Company cannot recover lost funds or reverse transactions executed on blockchain networks.

## 10. Financial Disclaimer

RECOVERY GLOBAL LTD. does not provide investment advice, financial consultancy, or portfolio management services.

All materials, presentations, communications, and platform content are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
