### What is Recovery Republic?

Recovery Republic is a technology platform and global community initiative designed to provide users with access to tools for registering, validating, and managing previously inactive or unresolved digital balances through a transparent and structured process.

The platform combines blockchain technology, verified smart contracts, educational resources, and community support to enable eligible users to participate in decentralized mechanisms in accordance with the platform's operational framework.

Recovery Republic does not recover assets on behalf of users, provide financial services, or guarantee any balance recovery, rewards, or financial outcome. Instead, it offers a technology-driven environment that supports transparency, user participation, and responsible engagement within the decentralized ecosystem.

Users with eligible historical digital balances (such as legacy ecosystem balances) may, subject to the platform's validation process and applicable Terms & Conditions, obtain access to participation mechanisms available within the Recovery Republic ecosystem.

Recovery Republic aims to:

* Provide users with technology tools to register and validate eligible historical digital balances.

### 💠 Recovery Balance

A **Recovery Balance (RV Balance)** is an internal operational value generated following the platform's validation process for eligible balances.

Recovery Balances:

* Are non-transferable.
* Cannot be withdrawn or traded.
* Exist solely within the Recovery Republic platform.
* Are used exclusively as an operational component within the platform's participation model.
* Remain subject to the applicable operational rules, participation limits, and Terms & Conditions.

The Recovery Balance itself has no independent market value and does not represent ownership of cryptocurrency, securities, deposits, financial instruments, or investment products.

* provide brokerage or custody services;
* guarantee balance recovery;
* guarantee rewards, profits, or returns;

Participation involves technological, operational, blockchain and market-related risks. Any market-based rewards generated through participation are variable, are not guaranteed, and remain subject to market conditions and the operational rules of the platform.
